LGANT has secured funding from NTN (Networking the Nation) for
the following projects:

LGANT provides the following information technology services to member councils:

  • To source and procure funding to benefit our council members in the identification, assessment and attendance of and for their information technology and communication needs.
  • Management of the Networking The Nation federally funded projects for the benefit of member councils.
  • Development and management of inter-sectorial and collaborative approaches to information technology and communications needs for member councils.
  • Assessment of current and future information technology training requirements and needs for member councils.
  • Information technology and communication hardware office needs and requirements for member councils.
  • Information technology and communication training resource needs for member councils.
  • Maintenance and repairs to member council's NTN project computers
  • Delivery of information technology and communication training to member councils as required.
  • Backup training resources, made readily available on-site to member councils.
  • Repairs and maintenance to member councils NTN project computers.

Training support in the form of on-site information technology and communication problem solving.

  • Help-desk - via phone and e-mail communications
  • Evaluation of all information technology and communications related training delivered to member Councils by LGANT.
  • Information technology and communications hardware and software needs and requirements for member Councils.
  • Maintenance of the offices of LGANT technology and communication needs and requirements.
